whispers in my ear

unexpected little moments

your sadness

contemplating your sadness makes me sad.
the overwhelming sense of loss,
drowning you in it's emptiness.
consuming you. holding you. pulling you down.
your sorrow is my sorrow.
your helplessness is mine.
leaking. flowing. washing away.

knowing

lack of consideration

all the sadness
